A standard cleaning fee is included in your reservation. Daily housekeeping is not provided.

Yes—many are within a short drive to Dollywood, the Parkway, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Each listing includes detailed distance information.

All of our cabins and bungalows have outdoor-only security cameras for safety. There are never any interior cameras.

All cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outdoors only in designated areas.

We are unable to accommodate extra guests at our cabins and bungalows.  We do not allow parties or events.

We provide a guest support line to assist with maintenance needs or questions throughout your stay, and are here to make sure your stay is smooth.

At booking, you will receive a confirmation text from our guest services line, and also a link to complete your rental agreement. Our online check in starts 24 hours prior to your arrival.  Once you complete the online check in form, you will receive the arrival instructions/driving directions to your specific cabin. Door codes are sent via text on your day of check in at 4:00PM.

Some of our cabins are pet-friendly, while others are not. Please check the listing details or filter for “pet-friendly” during your search. We require that pets be registered and approved prior to arrival, and the pet fee to be taken care of prior to check in.

Each cabin/bungalow is equipped with:

• Full kitchen with basic cookware
• Bed linens and towels
• Starter supply of toiletries and paper products
• Wi-Fi
• Heating & air conditioning
• Smart TV(s)
• Outdoor amenities (varies by cabin: hot tub, fire pit, grill, etc.)

We recommend bringing:

-Firewood/charcoal
-Paper towels
-Coffee (either Keurig pods, or ground coffee for the reusable ones we provide) 
-A bag of ice if you would like additional ice (we provide 2 ice trays to use and refill.
-Water bottles if you prefer (The well water tastes great and is also safe for drinking)
-Toiletries
-Any ingredients or spices you require to prepare a meal

Our Firefly Bungalows require no mountain driving or steep roads and are located steps from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge.
Our cabins are located in the mountains and require traveling on roads that have sharp inclines, may be narrow in places and are curvy.  During winter months we highly recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles, as when there is inclement weather such as ice/snow/heavy rain  4WD and/or snow chains are necessary to access the cabins.

Yes, based on availability. Same-day bookings may have a slight delay in receiving access information

The minimum stay requirement depends on the specific date and season.  Typically we allow 1 night stays midweek, and weekends have a 2- or 3-night minimum. Holidays often have 4 night minimums.

Absolutely. Hot tubs are treated and sanitized between every stay.
