This unique place has a style all its own. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's plenty of space to accommodate guests. The luxurious master bedroom is occupying the entire third floor. Step out onto your private balcony, where you can savor a morning coffee or watch the sun dip below the horizon in the evenings.

We provide a Boiling Pot and Burner, just bring your own propane
Guests must be able to walk upstairs to access living area. Approx 25 steps with a landing halfway up.
Guests are expected to bring their trash to the dump site during business hours (M-F 9am-3PM and Sat & Sun 9am-5PM). There is no trash pickup at the house

March-14 2024Kendra is a LIFE SAVER!!! We arrived in PF around midnight only to find our booking to be disgusting and not livable. Kendra was up and accepted our request, then continued to message us until we were settled in around 1am. Then continued to check up on us the next day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, everything on the strip of PF is withing 20 minutes even with bumper to bumper traffic. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

October-19 2024Really enjoyed our stay for our family mini-vacation. Place was as described. Great location to restaurants and attractions. Very comfortable. Outside lift is not available for guests to use, but it’s there, would have been handy as you need to bring groceries and luggages up the stairs. Guest information booklet needs updated to better understand thermostat functionality. Outside ice shed with a toilet was a plus. Towel count listed in guest information book is not correct so make note upon arrival as a hefty $25 per missing towel is concerning. Good location for sure but bring lots of bug spray.

September-12 2024This little place is tucked right off the parkway in Pigeon Forge! It’s very close to everything! This place had everything you need to stay in a great area with a private setting. It is a duplex but it was super cute and it had your privacy that you needed! I’m giving this place a 5 ⭐️ bc of the location, privacy, super cute little place, and the host is very responsive to any questions you may possibly have! Will definitely stay here again!

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy - In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, deposit and rental fees will be refunded provided state and local authorities issue mandatory evacuations for this area.
Guests canceling reservations more than 30 days prior to Check-In Date - Will receive a 100% refund of their Security Deposit plus a full refund of any previously paid Rental Fees, within a week of cancellation.
Guests canceling reservations 8-30 days prior to Check-In Date - Will receive a 50% refund of their Security Deposit plus a full refund of any previously paid Rental Fees, within a week of cancellation.
Guests canceling reservations 7 days or less, prior to Check-In Date will forfeit their Security Deposit. A full refund of any previously paid Rental Fees will be sent within a week of cancellation.
Guests who arrive and decide to terminate their stay prematurely, will forfeit the rental fees of the remaining nights previously paid, unless there is a malfunction caused by no fault of the guest.
